摘  要:针对绿豆收获清选过程中清选损失率高、籽粒含杂率高的问题,研发一种双斜面风筛式绿豆清选装置。运用流固耦合仿真模拟绿豆清选过程,并开展了正交试验。同时运用二次回归方程分析和响应面分析等方法对籽粒含杂率、清选损失率的影响进行探究。试验结果表明,最优参数组合为入风口风速5.7 m/s、清选筛振动频率4.71 Hz、上筛横向振幅7.99 mm、下筛筛面倾角0.68°,此条件下籽粒含杂率2.12%、清选损失率2.51%,符合性能指标要求,实物样机可用于后期田间试验。Aiming at problems of high cleaning loss rate and high grain impurity content in process of harvest cleaning of mung bean,a double-inclined air screen cleaning device for mung bean was developed.Fluid-structure coupling simulation was used to simulate cleaning process of mung bean,and orthogonal test was carried out.At the same time,quadratic regression equation analysis and response surface analysis were used to explore influence of grain impurity content and cleaning loss rate.Experimental results showed that optimal parameter combination was fan wind speed of 5.7 m/s,cleaning screen vibration frequency of 4.71 Hz,upper screen lateral amplitude of 7.99 mm,lower screen surface inclination angle of 0.68°.Under these conditions,impurity content of seeds was 2.12%,and cleaning loss rate was 2.51%,which met performance index requirements.The physical model could be used for later field experiments.
