摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料,通过高温热膨胀仪研究了粉煤灰烧结速率与升温速率的变化规律以及收缩率与烧结活化能的关系。考察了烧结粉煤灰试样体积密度、吸水率、抗折强度和气孔率与温度的变化。通过XRD和SEM分析了温度对矿相和微观结构的影响。结果表明:烧结速率与升温速率呈正比,升温速率越大越有利于烧结;烧结活化能随收缩率的增大先减小后增大,最小值出现在收缩率为4%时。此外,1200℃烧制的粉煤灰综合性能最优,体积密度2.16 g/cm^(3),吸水率0.36%,抗折强度56.06 MPa,气孔率0.77%。Using fly ash as raw material,the variation rule of sintering rate and heating rate and the relationship between shrinkage and sintering activation energy of fly ash were investigated by thermal dilatometer.Bulk density,water absorption,flexural strength and apparent porosity of sintered fly ash samples were examined as a function of temperature.The effect of sintering temperature on mineral phase and microstructure was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results indicated that the sintering rate was directly proportional to the heating rate,and a higher heating rate was more favorable for sintering.The sintering activation energy decreased and then increased with increasing shrinkage,and its value was minimum when the shrinkage was 4%.In addition,the fly ash sintered at 1200℃showed the best comprehensive performance,i.e.,bulk density of 2.16 g/cm^(3),water absorption of 0.36%,flexural strength of 56.06 MPa,and porosity of 0.77%.
