摘 要:针对大宗固废制备的胶凝材料在尾矿胶结充填工程中难以实现低成本、高性能、大规模利用的问题,考虑贵州水银洞黄金尾矿的特性,开发了一种以矿渣、钢渣、磷石膏和水泥熟料为主要原材料的固废基胶凝材料,并研究了各组分对胶凝材料体系的影响,得出各固废的最优配比。该材料在水银洞金矿进行了实际使用,在保证充填质量的条件下,与水泥相比,固废基胶凝材料表现出良好的胶结性能,减少了充填胶凝材料用量,充填材料节约成本30元/m^(3),尾矿的利用量增加0.6万t。In response to the challenges of using a large amount of solid waste to prepare cementitious materials for tailings cemented filling projects,which often struggle with high costs and the demand for high performance on a large scale,this paper develops a solid waste based cementitious material mainly composed of mineral slag,steel slag,phosphogypsum,and cement clinker based on the characteristics of mercury cave gold tailings.The influence of each component on the cementitious material system is studied,and the optimal ratio of each solid waste in the cementitious material system is obtained.This material has been practically used in the Shuiyindong Gold Mine in Guizhou.Under the condition of ensuring filling quality,compared with cement,solid waste based cementitious materials exhibit good bonding performance on gold tailings,reduce the consumption of cementitious materials,the cost of filling materials is saved by 30 yuan/m^(3),and the utilization amount of tailings is increased by 6000 tons.
