摘　　要：介绍了水泥窑协同处置城市生活垃圾现状,水泥窑协同处置城市生活垃圾技术从基本原理上大致分为2种:第1种为焚烧系统+水泥窑协同处置系统,生活垃圾经脱水、破碎等简单预处理后,使用新增加的焚烧设备(汽化炉、热盘炉、机械炉排炉等)进行焚烧,可燃物燃烧或气化产生的烟气进入水泥窑分解炉内加热生料,不可燃部分经除铁、除铝后作为替代原料。第2种为综合预处理系统+水泥窑协同处置系统,生活垃圾经破碎、脱水、筛选等综合预处理后,可燃物直接送入水泥窑分解炉内燃烧,作为替代燃料,不可燃物替代部分原料进入水泥窑系统的生料磨。对2种水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾在我国的实践进行了分析。This paper introduces the current situation of collaborative disposal of urban household waste by cement kilns.The technology of collaborative disposal of urban household waste in cement kilns can be divioled into two basic principales:the first type is an incineration system+cement kiln collaborative disposal system.After simple pre-treatment such as dehydration and crushing,household waste is incinerated using newly added incineration equipment(vaporization furnace,hot plate furnace,mechanical grate furnace,etc.).The flue gas generated by combustion or gasification of combustible materials enters the cement kiln precalciner to heat raw meal,and the non combustible parts are used as alternative raw materials after iron and aluminum removal.The second type is a comprehensive pretreatment system+cement kiln collaborative disposal system.After comprehensive pre-treatment such as dehydration,crushing,and screening,the combustible materials are directly sent to the cement kiln precalciner for combustion as waste derived fuel(RDF).The non combustible materials replace the raw materials and enter the raw mill of the cement kiln system.An analysis on the practice of two types of cement kilns for collaborative disposal of household waste in China was conducted.
