摘  要:氯丙烯封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AC-AEO9)作为一种可聚合型表面活性剂,具有较大的空间位阻。使用AC-AEO9作为抗泥功能单体,制备了新型抗泥聚羧酸减水剂(A-PCE),并考察了功能单体用量对A-PCE分散性和抗泥性的影响,采用X射线衍射仪与比表面与孔径分析仪揭示了A-PCE的抗泥机理。结果表明,在减水剂掺量为0.23%、功能单体与减水剂大单体摩尔比为1∶5的条件下,掺A-PCE的水泥净浆初始、120 min流动度为275、270 mm,减水剂表现出最佳的分散性和抗泥性;由于抗泥功能单体的引入,聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性且在黏土上吸附更少,对黏土的适应性更强。Chloro-propylene terminated fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AC-AEO9)is a polymerizable surfactant with significant steric hindrance.A novel anti-clay polycarboxylate polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer(A-PCE)was prepared using AC-AEO9 as functional monomer.The effect of functional monomer dosage on the dispersion and clay resistance of A-PCE was investigated,and the clay resistance mechanism of A-PCE was revealed using X-ray diffraction and specific surface area and pore size analyzer.The results showed that under the conditions of 0.23%water reducer dosage and the molar ratio of functional monomer to superplasticizer macromonomer of 1:5,the initial and 120 minute flowability of cement slurry mixed with A-PCE were 275 and 270 mm,and the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer exhibited excellent dispersion performance and mud resistance performance.Due to the introduction of anti-clay functional monomers,polycarboxylate water reducer has good dispersion and less adsorption on clay,making it more adaptable to clay.
