软化油化学组成与自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材性能相关性研究

摘  要:采用不同种类的软化油制备了自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,研究了软化油化学组成对自粘防水卷材高低温性能、持粘性、剥离强度、热老化和耐水性的影响。结果表明:软化油的饱和分与自粘防水卷材的高低温性能呈强相关,饱和分含量高的软化油制备的自粘防水卷材具有更好的耐热性和低温柔性;软化油的极性组分(芳香分、胶质)含量与自粘防水卷材的持粘性、剥离强度、热老化和耐水性呈强相关,极性组分含量高的软化油制备的自粘防水卷材具有更高的持粘性、剥离强度、抗热老化和耐水性能。Self-adhering polymer modified asphalt waterproof membranes were prepared by different types of softening oil.The effects of chemical composition of softening oil on the high and low-temperature performance,tack,peel strength,thermal aging and water resistance of self-adhering waterproof membrane were investigated.The results showed that the saturates of softening oil were highly correlated with the high and low-temperature performance of self-adhering waterproof membrane,and the self-adhering waterproofing membrane prepared by softening oil with high saturates content had better anti-thermal aging properties and low-temperature flexibility.The polar components(aromatics and resins)of softened oil were strongly related to the tack,peel strength,thermal aging,and water resistance of self-adhering waterproof membranes.Self-adhering waterproof membranes prepared from softened oils with high content of polar components have higher adhesion and peel strength as well as better anti-thermal aging property and water resistance.
