摘　　要：文章通过对朔黄铁路机辆分公司机务专业调车作业中存在的风险,围绕人机环管4个方面进行了分析辨识,结合实际情况系统阐述了风险管控措施,提出了调车作业管控措施和优化建议,为运输工作的有序开展奠定良好的基础。Based on the analysis and identification of the risks existing in the shunting operation of Shuohuang Railway rolling stock company,this paper analyzes and identifies the four aspects of man-machine environmental management,and expounds the risk control measures in combination with the actual situation,put forward shunting operation management and control optimization recommendations to ensure the safety of shunting operation,transport work for the orderly development of a good foundation.
