摘　　要：为减少火电厂大气污染排放,采用布袋除尘器的形式。布袋除尘器主要应用细旦碱无碱玻璃纤维、全氟聚乙烯又称聚氟聚乙烯(PTFE)/1414纤维、芳砜纶纤维等材料,这些是耐高温的最好纤维,经开松、混和、梳理成网后,采用高速针刺缠结的方法与细旦无碱玻璃纤维大网格机织布复合,经含氟助剂整理后制成氟美特斯针刺复合过滤毡系列产品,来减少工业化生产中的废气物。In order to reduce air pollution emissions from thermal power plants,in the form of cloth bag dust collector,the main application of fine denier alkali free glass fiber,perfluorinated polyethylene,also known as polyfluorinated polyethylene(PTFE)/1414 fiber,aromatic sulfone fiber and other materials,these are the best fiber with high temperature resistance,after opening,mixing,carding into a net,The high speed needling method was used to combine with the fine denier alkali-free glass fiber large mesh woven fabric.After finishing with fluorine-containing additives,flumets needling composite filter felt series products were made to reduce the waste gas in industrial production.
