摘 要:文章阐述了工程实例结构长期开裂和检测过程。勘测了排架柱混凝土现场破坏的宏观特征,并对粗骨料进行分类。基于能谱分析,水泥浆体MgO含量不是造成排架柱混凝土胀裂的主要原因;类型一的骨料-水泥石截面过渡区碱性氧化物(K、Na离子)产生渗透反应,诊断为碱-硅酸反应。根据试验结果,芯样膨胀率平均值均大于0.04%,确证了排架柱混凝土胀裂破坏由碱骨料反应所致。对此,采用注胶封缝和增设隔离夹层方法治理原排架柱碱骨料反应;采用新增箱形截面排架柱等效置换承载力方法进行加固处理。In this paper,the long-term cracking and detection process of engineering example structure are described.The macroscopic characteristics of the in-situ failure of prefabricated frames concrete are investigated,and the coarse aggregate is classified.Based on the energy spectrum analysis,the MgO content in cement paste is not the main cause of concrete cracking of prefabricated frames.Type I aggregate-cement transition zone Basic oxide(K,Na ions)produce osmotic reaction,which is diagnosed as alkali-silicic acid reaction.According to the test results,the average expansion rate of core samples is more than 0.04%,which proves that the expansion failure of concrete is caused by alkali aggregate reaction.According to the test results,the alkali-aggregate reaction of the original prefabricated frames was treated by sealing joint with glue and adding isolation sandwich,and the equivalent displacement bearing capacity of the new box-section frames was adopted for strengthening.
