摘　　要：文章旨在应用平衡理论和灰色预测模型,结合实际数据进行预测和调度策略优化,以期实现城市交通的智能化管理和精准调控。通过对北京城市区域路网的调查与数据处理,得出了优化后的交通指标与拥堵改善效果,并对平衡理论与灰色预测模型的综合应用效果进行评估与分析。This paper aims to apply balance theory and grey prediction models,combined with actual data,to optimize prediction and scheduling strategies,in order to achieve intelligent management and precise regulation of urban transportation.This paper investigates and processes data on the regional road network in Beijing,and obtains optimized traffic indicators and congestion improvement effects.The comprehensive application effect of balance theory and grey prediction model is evaluated and analyzed.
