摘  要:土质堤防作为水资源管理和水利防洪工程的关键组成部分,具有成本低、施工便捷的特点。然而,渗漏问题对其稳定性和防洪功能造成严重威胁。文章首先分析渗漏问题的成因,表现在地质条件、材料选择、施工技术水平和后期管理等方面。然后,提出改善工程地质条件、加强材料质量管控、提高施工技术水平和重视后期维护管理等一系列防治措施。可进一步改善土质堤防的稳定性和防渗性,提高水利工程的可持续性和安全性。Soil embankments,as a key component of water resource management and water conservancy flood control engineering,have the characteristics of low cost and convenient construction.However,leakage issues pose a serious threat to their stability and flood control function.Based on this,this article first analyzes the causes of leakage problems,manifested in geological conditions,material selection,construction technology level,and later management.Subsequently,a series of prevention and control measures were proposed,including improving engineering geological conditions,strengthening material quality control,improving construction technology level,and emphasizing post maintenance management.The aim is to provide reference for relevant practitioners,thereby improving the stability and impermeability of soil embankments,and enhancing the sustainability and safety of water conservancy projects.
