摘 要:在豫南地区采用房式仓储藏中晚籼稻的过程中,通过应用小功率轴流风机分阶段缓释蓄冷通风技术,将安装在仓房底部风道口内的8台轴流风机以压入式通风的方式以及安装在仓房檐墙上方的4台轴流风机以吸出式通风的方式配合使用,将其与采用离心风机压入式通风的仓房进行对比实验,比较粮温和水分的变化。结果表明,轴流风机的降温效果与离心风机差别不大,且降温均匀性更好,使用轴流风机较使用大功率离心风机通风蓄冷减少水分损耗约0.11个百分点,结合电耗、水分损耗以及人工费用,共计减少损失约1.60万元。本研究为储粮仓房设施改造提供了新思路、新方法,同时为绿色科技储粮提供了一定的数据和理论支撑。In the process of using room style storage for storing mid to late season indica rice in the southern region of Henan,a low-power axial flow fan phased slow-release cold storage ventilation technology was applied.Eight axial flow fans installed in the bottom air duct of the warehouse were combined with four axial flow fans installed above the eaves wall of the warehouse in a suction ventilation manner.A comparative experiment was conducted to compare the changes in grain temperature and moisture with warehouses using centrifugal fan pressure ventilation.The results show that the cooling effect of axial flow fans is not significantly different from that of centrifugal fans,and the cooling uniformity is better.Using axial flow fans reduces water loss by about 0.11 percentage points compared to using high-power centrifugal fans for ventilation and cold storage.Combined with electricity consumption,water loss,and labor costs,the total loss is reduced by about 16000 yuan.This study provides new ideas and methods for the renovation of grain storage facilities,and also provides certain data and theoretical support for green technology grain storage.
