摘 要:世界各国都在积极推进各种生态保护工程,目的是改善生态环境,其中规模最大的当属我国的退耕还林工程。自1999年启动实施两轮退耕还林工程以来,我国在这项工程上的总投入高达5000多亿元,实施退耕还林还草3400多万hm^(2)。大量实践证明,退耕还林政策不仅生态效益显著,而且还能带来一定的经济效益。以山西隰县退耕还林二期项目为研究对象,从退耕还林实施面积、退耕地林种选择、退耕地经济效益和退耕地成林前经济效益几个方面重点对比分析,以期为相关研究提供一定借鉴。Various countries around the world are actively promoting various ecological protection projects to improve ecological environment,and the largest one is China’s Grain for Green Project.By the end of the project,the total investment of the Chinese government in this project has reached over 500 billion yuan,and the area of returning farmland to forests has increased to over 34 million hectares.A large number of practices have proved that the policy of returning farmland to forest not only has good ecological benefits,but can also achieve a certain degree of economic benefits.Taking the second phase of the project of returning farmland to forest in Xi County,Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper focuses on analyzing the economic efficiency of the project compared with the previous one from the aspects of the implementation area of returning farmland to forest,the selection of forest species of the returned farmland,the economic benefits of the returned farmland and the economic benefits before returning farmland to forest,in order to provide some reference for related research.
