脾阳虚证患者壮药足浴和腹针结合艾灸治疗效果的初步比较研究

摘　　要：对30名脾阳虚患者给予壮药足浴治疗,对20名脾阳虚患者给予腹针结合艾灸治疗,使用红外额温计测量患者治疗前后的三焦五穴印堂穴、劳宫穴、涌泉穴局部的温度,并分析其变化特征,比较壮药足浴和腹针结合艾灸的温阳效果,并探讨这2种治疗方法的作用机理。壮药足浴前后印堂穴温度升高的有13位患者,占治疗患者的43.3%;劳宫穴温度升高的有24位患者,占治疗患者的80%;涌泉穴温度升高的患者有27位,占治疗患者的90%。腹针结合艾灸前后印堂穴温度升高的有12位患者,占治疗患者的60.0%;劳宫穴温度升高的有11位患者,占治疗患者的55.0%;涌泉穴温度升高的患者有15位,占治疗患者的75%。研究表明,壮药足浴和腹针结合艾灸这2种治疗方法对三焦五穴温阳效果差异没有统计学意义,都可以提高大部分脾阳虚患者三焦五穴的温度,具有温阳及引火归元的治疗效果。壮药足浴比腹针结合艾灸具有更好的治疗效果。30 patients with spleen yang deficiency syndrome were treated with Zhuang medicine foot bath,and 20 patients with spleen Yang deficiency syndrome were treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion.The local temperatures of Yintang acupoint,Laogong acupoint and Yongquan acupoint before and after treatment were measured by infrared forehead thermometer,and the change characteristics were analyzed.The warming Yang effects of Zhuang medicine foot bath and abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion were compared,and the mechanisms of the two treatment methods were discussed.Before and after Zhuang medicine foot bath,there were 13 patients with elevated temperature at Yongquan acupoint,accounting for 43.3%of the treated patients;There were 24 patients with elevated temperature at Laogong acupoint,accounting for 80%of the treated patients;There were 27 patients with elevated temperature rise at Yongquan acupoint,accounting for 90%of the treated patients.Before and after abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment,there were 12 patients with elevated temperature at Yongquan acupoint,accounting for 60.0%of the treated patients;There were 11 patients with elevated temperature at Laogong acupoint,accounting for 55.0%of the treated patients;There were 15 patients with elevated temperature at Yongquan acupoint,accounting for 75%of the treated patients.The study shows that there is no statistical significance between the two treatment methods of Zhuang medicine foot bath and abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion on warming Yang effect of triple energizers and five acupoints.Both Zhuang medicine foot bath and abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion can increase the temperature of triple energizers and five acupoints in most patients with spleen Yang deficiency,and have therapeutic effects of warming Yang and inducing fire to return to the original.Zhuang medicine foot bath has a better warming Yang therapeutic effect on the middle and lower energizers of the human body than ab
