摘　　要：互联网时代的到来使学术期刊的编辑工作发生了改变,也面临更多挑战。为保证学术期刊办刊工作高质量发展、提高编辑工作效率和出版效率,将信息技术与投审稿系统相结合,通过构建智能化投审稿系统,不但可以简化作者的投稿流程,提高编辑排版效率,而且审稿专家可以实时审稿,减少审稿步骤,利于增加作者与编辑、编辑与审稿专家的互动和联系。In the era of the Internet,influenced by the rapid development of information technology,the editing work of academic journals has undergone changes and is also facing more challenges.To ensure the high-quality development of academic journal editing work,and improve the efficiency of editing work and publishing efficiency,the information technology is combined with the submission and review system to build an intelligent submission and review system.The system can simplify the submission process of authors,improve the work efficiency and layout efficiency of editors,and allow reviewers to review in real-time,reducing the review steps and facilitating increased interaction and connection between authors and editors,editors and review experts.
