摘　　要：2023年是“一带一路”倡议提出10周年。基础设施是共建“一带一路”的优先领域,而铁路在基础设施互联互通中发挥着骨干作用。基于知网数据库,统计2013—2023年“一带一路”铁路主题科技论文的发文特征,采用定性与定量结合的方式,以《铁道运输与经济》中文核心期刊为例,分析其在“一带一路”选题策划上综合运用专栏、专刊、虚拟专辑的经验举措,并对科技期刊选题策划提出建议,包括紧密围绕国家重大项目深耕选题、围绕现场一线需求策划选题,以期为科技期刊助力“一带一路”高质量发展提供借鉴。2023 is the 10th anniversary of the“Belt and Road”Initiative.In the past 10 years,a large number of railway projects,such as China-Laos Railway and Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway,have been launched.The high-speed railway has played an important role in promoting regional connectivity.Based on CNKI database,the characteristics of sci-tech papers on the theme of“Belt and Road”railway from 2013 to 2023 were statistically analyzed.Taking the Chinese core journal Railway Transport and Economy as an example,the qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyze their experience and measures in the comprehensive use of columns,special issues and virtual albums in the topic selection planning of the“Belt and Road”.Suggestions are put forward for the topic selection planning of sci-tech journals,including deep cultivation of topic selection closely around national major projects and planning topic selection around on-site first-line needs,in order to provide reference for sci-tech journals to help the high-quality development of the“Belt and Road”.
