摘 要:为了分析沥青老化时间对其物理性能及化学组分指标的影响,采用旋转薄膜烘箱对4种沥青样品(SK、ZH、SK-SBS、ZH-SBS)进行老化模拟,通过动态剪切流变和弯曲梁流变试验分析沥青老化前后高低温性能,引用综合效应值拟合沥青高温流变老化方程;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱试验分析特征官能团吸收峰强度,并采用棒状薄层色谱仪分析沥青四组分含量。结果表明:4种沥青针入度和软化点变化率均在老化时间为85min时变化率最大;沥青高温流变性老化方程可以反映沥青的老化程度,并且在综合效应值与老化时间的相关性方面,基质沥青优于SBS改性沥青;胶体不稳定指数随沥青老化时间的延长而逐渐减小,且变化幅度由高到低依次为:SK、SK-SBS、ZH、ZH-SBS。To analyze the effect of asphalt aging time on its physical properties and chemical compositions,a rotating film oven was used to simulate the aging of asphalt samples.Dynamic shear rheological tests and bending beam rheological tests were conducted to analyze the high and low temperature properties of asphalt before and after aging.The rheological aging equation of asphalt at high temperature was fitted with comprehensive effect values.The absorption peak intensity of characteristic functional groups was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the content of four compositions of asphalt was analyzed by bar thin layer chromatograph.The results showed that the change rates of the asphalt penetration and softening point were the largest when the aging time was 85 min.The aging degree of asphalt could be reflected by the rheological aging equation at high temperature,and for the correlation between effect value and aging time,matrix asphalt was better than SBS modified asphalt.The colloid instability index gradually decreased with the aging time of asphalt,and the change range from high to low was SK,SK-SBS,ZH,and ZH-SBS.
