摘 要:固态电池因其优异的性能备受研究人员关注。由于目前大多数研究中电解质膜的制备时间较长,因此,本文采用提高制作温度的方法来缩短制备时间。本文制备了以聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)为基的固态电解质膜,并探究60、70和80℃等3种不同烘干温度对电解质膜电化学性能的影响,在此基础上,组装以磷酸铁锂为正极、锂片为负极的固态电池,研究固态电池的充放电性能。结果表明:在80℃烘干条件下电解质膜表现出优异的电化学性能,锂离子迁移数达到0.53,离子电导率达到3.26×10^(-4)S/cm;组装的磷酸铁锂电池在0.1C下首圈充电比容量为137mA·h/g,首圈放电比容量为129mA·h/g,循环20次后,充放电效率为94%,具有较好的循环性能。Solid-state batteries are of great interest to researchers due to their excellent performance.However,the preparation time of the electrolyte film is long in most current studies.Therefore,the method of increasing the fabrication temperature was used to shorten the preparation time.Firstly,a solid-state electrolyte film based on polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)was prepared,and the effects of three drying temperatures of 60℃,70℃and 80℃on the electrochemical performance of the electrolyte film were investigated.Secondly,a solid-state battery was assembled with lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)as the positive electrode and lithium wafer as the negative electrode.Then,the charging and discharging performances of the solid-state battery were investigated.The results showed that the electrolyte film under 80℃drying condition exhibited excellent electrochemical performance,with the lithium ion mobility number reaching 0.53 and the ionic conductivity reaching 3.26×10^(-4)S/cm;and the assembled lithium iron phosphate battery had a specific capacity of 137 mA·h/g for the first turn charging at 0.1C,and the specific capacity of 129 mA·h/g for the first turn discharging,and the charging and discharging efficiency was 94%after 20 cycles,which had a good cycling performance.
