摘　　要：为提升防震减灾媒体文件利用率,设计、研发山西省防震减灾媒体文件管理系统。该系统采用PHP语言进行设计,主要包括媒体库维护模块、注册及登录模块、媒体资源使用模块和系统管理模块;用户通过浏览器即可操作使用系统,界面友好,操作简单;可实现防震减灾媒体文件的集中管理与开放共享,为防震减灾宣传、档案等工作提供素材与平台支撑。通过该系统将山西省地震局2023年部分图片类媒体文件分类入库,初步建立数字化的山西防震减灾媒体文件资源库。To improve the utilization rate of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction media files,a Shanxi Province earthquake prevention and disaster reduction media file management system was designed and developed.The system is designed using PHP language,mainly including media library maintenance module,registration and login module,media resource usage module,and system management module.Users can operate and use the system through a browser,with a user-friendly interface and simple operation.It can achieve centralized management and open sharing of media files for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,providing materials and platform support for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction publicity,archives,and other work.Through this system,some image media files of Shanxi Earthquake Agency in 2023 will be classified and stored,and a digital Shanxi earthquake prevention and disaster reduction media file resource library will be preliminarily established.
