“双碳”目标下城市绿色道路设计新理念

摘　　要：城市道路是城市构成的主要基础设施,不仅承担着城市内居民生活、工作等交通需求,更肩负着对外交通的联络职能。在城市道路建设、改造及运营过程的诸多环节中均直接或间接产生大量的碳排放。随着国家“双碳”战略的提出,各领域都开始探索相应的低碳发展之路,工程建设行业也不例外,而设计不仅是工程建设行业的上游,更是该行业减碳的源头。因此在城市道路设计领域对绿色低碳材料、技术等的探索对于“双碳”目标的实现具有非常重要的引领作用。根据绿色道路的概念,结合城市道路的特点从8个方面给出了城市绿色道路设计新理念,对市政工程领域减碳目标的实现具有较好的指导作用和参考价值。Urban roads are the main infrastructure of a city,not only responsible for the transportation needs of residents in the city,such as life and work,but also for the liaison function of external transportation.In many aspects of urban road construction,renovation,and operation,a large amount of carbon emissions are directly or indirectly generated.With the proposal of the national"dual carbon"strategy,various fields have begun to explore corresponding low-carbon development paths,and the engineering construction industry is no exception.Design is not only the upstream of the engineering construction industry,but also the source of carbon reduction in the industry.Therefore,the exploration of green and low-carbon materials and technologies in the field of urban road design plays a very important leading role in achieving the"dual carbon"goal.Based on the concept of green roads,combined with the characteristics of urban roads,this paper provides new design concepts for urban green roads from eight aspects,which has a good guiding role and reference value for achieving carbon reduction goals in the field of municipal engineering.
