摘　　要：皮敏消胶囊(Piminxiao capsules,PC)是由21味中药材经加工制成的中药制剂,具有清热解毒和凉血止痒等功效,在临床上常用于治疗急性荨麻疹(Acute urticaria)和慢性荨麻疹(Chronic urticaria)。为了给皮敏消胶囊临床用于治疗急慢性荨麻疹提供参考,综述了近年来对皮敏消胶囊的有效成分、抗炎和抗敏药效的研究进展。A traditional Chinese medicine concoction called Piminxiao capsules(PC)is created from 21 Chinese herbal medications.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and relieving itching.It is commonly used in the treatment of acute urticaria and chronic urticaria.Piminxiao Capsules'anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties,as well as an overview of research advancements in this area,offer a foundation for the clinical management of both acute and chronic urticaria.
