摘　　要：随着建筑施工成本上涨,施工单位压力也随之增加,如何进行施工成本控制及增创效益,成为建筑行业关注的热点。以北京艺术中心为例,分享项目执行策划及成本策划在过程经济管控及经济责任成果控制中的应用,并对主要成本控制进行目标分解,通过协同管理,分模块落实,完成整体总目标任务。With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry,construction costs have been increasing year by year,and the pressure on construction units has also increased.How to control construction costs and increase efficiency has become a hot topic in the construction industry.Taking Beijing Art Center as an example,share the application of project execution planning and cost planning in process economic control and economic responsibility achievement control,and decompose the main cost control objectives.Through collaborative management and modular implementation,complete the overall goal task.
