摘　　要：依托某剧场建筑工程项目装饰设计在施工阶段的管理开展研究,回顾总结了剧场建筑工程项目施工阶段的装饰设计管理实践,阐明了剧场建筑施工阶段装饰设计与实践相结合的有效管理方法和流程,以解决类似项目中需要综合考虑的效果、成本、工期、质量这四大项目目标之间的互相矛盾,为施工阶段前中后期的设计管理取舍等具体问题提供了参考。Based on a theater architecture project,the final stage of the entire design,especially during the construction phase,it is worth studying how to coordinate the intersection of various specialties such as architecture,structure,curtain wall,electromechanical,acoustics,lighting,stage machinery,signage,etc.With decoration design within limited construction period and cost constraints,to ensure the final effect is achieved.This study reviews and summarizes the decoration design management practices during the construction phase of the theater architecture project,and elucidates effective management methods and processes that combine decoration design and practice during the construction phase of theater buildings.To address specific issues such as design management tradeoffs in the early,middle,and later stages of construction,in order to address the conflicting project objectives of comprehensive consideration of design effect,cost,duration,and quality in similar projects.
