摘 要:混凝土完成面的垂直度、平整度及美观度关系混凝土结构质量验收。高大空间墙、柱、梁板模板整体刚度的控制难度较大,传统木龙骨在运输过程中时常发生变形翘曲,模板穿孔后产生的各种损耗更是不可估量。在“双碳”目标背景下,方钢龙骨模板体系施工技术利用方钢龙骨刚度大、环境适应能力强及材料均质性等特点,实现了“以钢代木,以整代拼”,优化革新了传统混凝土模板体系施工,经济社会效益较好。The verticality,flatness,and aesthetics of the completed surface of concrete are important aspects of the quality acceptance of concrete structures.It is difficult to control the overall stiffness of tall space walls,columns,beam and slab templates.Traditional wooden keel often undergoes deformation and warping during transportation,and the various losses caused by template perforation are incalculable.based on the dual carbon goal,the construction technology of the square steel keel formwork system utilizes the characteristics of the square steel keel,such as high stiffness,strong environmental adaptability,and material homogeneity,to achieve the goal of replacing wood with rigidity,and replacing assembly with whole,optimizing and innovating the traditional concrete formwork system construction,and achieving good economic and social benefits.
