摘 要:钢筋混凝土保护层厚度的质量直接影响到混凝土构件的承载力和耐久性,对钢筋保护层厚度进行检测是保证建筑工程质量的重要措施也是强制要求,而检测方法与技术的可靠性、科学性起着至关重要的作用。大量的工程实践发现梁类构件混凝土保护层厚度检测值与实际值存在偏差。论文通过模拟试验对该类情况保护层测量值进行分析研究,从中发现的规律为日后检测工作提供参考,对目前主流钢筋混凝土保护层厚度检测设备进行校核,为设备的进一步优化提供帮助。The quality of the thickness of the reinforced concrete cover directly affects the bearing capacity and durability of the concrete components.The detection of the thickness of the reinforced concrete cover is an important measure and a mandatory requirement to ensure the quality of the construction project,and the reliability and scientificity of the detection methods and technologies play a vital role.A large number of engineering practices have found that there is a deviation between the measured value and the actual value of the concrete cover thickness of beam components.This paper analyzes and studies the measured value of the protective layer of this kind of situation through the simulation test,and the rules found in it provide a reference for the future detection work,and check the current mainstream reinforced concrete protective layer thickness detection equipment,providing help for the further optimization of the equipment.
