摘　　要：施工电梯是高层建筑二次结构及装饰装修施工过程中常用的材料及人员垂直运输机械,广泛用于工业与民用建筑中,该设备安全可靠,上下运行通过自有导架实现,无需另行设置机房及井道且安拆方便,可根据施工部署及要求灵活布置到预定位置。目前翻板门式施工电梯在工程中运用越来越多,翻板门主要起到电梯的安全防护,且充当电梯与建筑间的运料平台,属于电梯的重要组成部件,其自身优势日益凸显,节省搭设专用外架平台的费用,且安全性好。传统施工电梯需要钢管搭设专用通道,缺点多、周期长、成本高,特别对超高层建筑而言,架体危险系数随着建筑高度而增大,安全系数直线下降。当搭设高度超过50m时需进行专家论证,验证通道架体的安全性。Construction elevator is a common vertical transportation machine for materials and personnel in the construction of masonry structure and decoration of high-rise buildings,which is widely used in industrial and civil buildings.It is safe and reliable,and runs up and down through its own guide frame,without setting up separate machine room and shaft,and is easy to install and dismantle,and can be flexibly arranged to the predetermined position according to the construction deployment and requirements.At present,the construction elevator with flap gate is being used more and more in the project.The flap gate mainly plays the safety protection of the elevator,and acts as the material transportation platform between the elevator and the building,which is an important component of the elevator.Its own advantages are becoming increasingly evident,as it saves the cost of erecting special external shelf platforms and has better safety.The traditional construction elevator needs steel pipe to build a special channel,which has many disadvantages,such as taking a long period and high cost,especially for super high-rise buildings,the danger coefficient of the frame increases with the height of the building,and the safety coefficient plummets.When the erection height exceeds 50m,expert argumentation is required to verify the safety of the access frame.
