摘 要:论文将稻壳炭应用于灌浆材料和沥青混合料基体中,在提高半柔性沥青路面性能的同时,降低灌浆材料中水泥用量,减少碳排放,达到节能减排,有效固碳的目的。通过高温车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验和单轴贯入试验评价稻壳炭在半柔性沥青路面中的性能。与原半柔性沥青路面相对比,试验结果表明:加入稻壳炭的半柔性沥青路面高温稳定性,水稳定性,低温抗裂性,抗剪能力均高于原半柔性沥青路面,且各项性能均满足规范要求。This article applies rice husk charcoal to grouting materials and asphalt mixture matrices to improve the performance of semi-flexible asphalt pavement,reduce the amount of cement used in grouting materials,reduce carbon emissions,and achieve the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction,and effective carbon fixation.Evaluate the performance of rice husk charcoal in semi-flexible asphalt pavement through high-temperature rutting test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,low-temperature bending test,and uniaxial penetration test.Compared with the original semi-flexible asphalt pavement,the test results show that the high temperature stability,water stability,low temperature crack resistance,and shear resistance of the semi-flexible asphalt pavement added with rice husk charcoal are higher than those of the original semi-flexible asphalt pavement,and all performance meets the specification requirements.
