摘 要:目前桥梁智能监测体系在成桥运维阶段发展迅速,但桥梁建造过程中的智能监测仍处于概念化阶段,未形成相应的技术体系。通过对某跨河大桥悬臂现浇施工过程中智能监测体系研究与应用的阐述,系统总结了桥梁建造过程中智能监测关键参数的选定,无线数据采集模块的研发与外部设备群搭建,基于灰度理论的桥梁状态预测评估等技术控制要点,完善了桥梁建造过程中的智能监测体系,有效推动桥梁智能监测技术由单一的运维阶段监测转入施工+运维阶段全过程监测。At present,the bridge intelligent monitoring system has developed rapidly in the operation and maintenance stage of the completed bridge,but the intelligent monitoring in the bridge construction process is still in the conceptual stage,and the corresponding technical system has not been formed.Through the elaboration of the research and application of intelligent monitoring system in the cantilever cast-in-place construction process of a river-crossing bridge,this paper systematically summarizes the key technical control points of intelligent monitoring during the bridge construction process,such as the selection of key parameters of intelligent monitoring,the development of wireless data acquisition module and the establishment of external equipment group,and the prediction and evaluation of bridge status based on gray theory,and improves the intelligent monitoring system in the bridge construction process,Effectively promote the bridge intelligent monitoring technology from a single O&M stage monitoring to the whole process monitoring of the construction+O&M stage.
