摘　　要：溢洪道工作弧门是水电站泄洪设施的重要组成部分,在汛期,若闸门油缸出现问题或检修技术不达标,造成闸门不能正常动作,将严重影响着电站和大坝的安全,故以梨园水电站溢洪道工作弧门液压油缸检修为例,从油缸的拆卸、解体、回装、试验等对油缸的检修进行了详细的阐述。历经1个汛期的运行,在启闭过程中未发生运行故障和内渗现象,闸门运行稳定,检修质量满足要求。The working arc gate of the spillway is an important component of the flood discharge facilities of hydropower stations.During the flood season,if there are problems with the gate oil cylinder or if the maintenance technology does not meet the standards,causing the gate to not operate normally,it will seriously affect the safety of the power plant and dam.Therefore,this paper takes the maintenance of the hydraulic oil cylinder of the spillway working arc gate of Liyuan Hydropower Station as an example,and elaborates in detail on the maintenance of the oil cylinder from the disassembly,disintegrate,reinstallation,and testing of the oil cylinder.After a flood season of operation,there are no operational failures or internal seepage during the opening and closing process.The gate operated stably and the maintenance quality met the requirements.
