摘 要:发电企业设备多,相关的接线图纸、说明书、作业指导书、异动记录等资料繁多,资料文件是维护人员、设备技术管理人员开展工作的依据,如果缺乏科学、规范的管理方式,将严重影响工作效率。随着企业设备的不断更新,和逐年进行的设备检修、技术改造、设备异动等工作,相关的图纸、说明书等资料文件数量增长呈现几何增长态势,如何高效、准确的查阅图纸、设备资料和快速的实现文件管理十分关键,科学、有效的设备图纸、资料管理模式将极大的解放发电企业生产技术管理的生产力。There are many equipment in power generation enterprises,so there are a lot of related wiring diagrams,manuals,operation manuals,and abnormal records.Data files are the basis for maintenance personnel and equipment technical management personnel to carry out their work.If there is a lack of scientific and standardized management methods,it will seriously affect work efficiency.With the continuous updating of enterprise equipment and the annual work of equipment maintenance,technical transformation,and equipment changes,the number of related drawings,manuals,and other data files has shown a geometric growth trend.How to efficiently and accurately access drawings,equipment information,and quickly implement file management is crucial.A scientific and effective management model for equipment drawings and data will greatly liberate the productivity of production technology management in power generation enterprises.
