摘 要:针对清渡河水库工程区域内河谷深切,两岸高山环绕,建筑物施工交叉多,导致施工交通布置及运输困难问题,综合考虑交通桥跨径大、现浇箱梁浇筑体积大及一般支架拆除风险高等实际问题,施工设计采用钢管柱与贝雷片相组合的承重支架结构体系。工程实践应用表明,组合式承重结构利用取水塔架及隧洞基岩作为受力支点,充分融合钢管和贝雷片两种材料优势,具有构件少、施工工效高、冲击抵御能力强、稳定性好等特点,能很好解决复杂地形大跨径施工交通设计,并服务于工程现场,经济与社会效益显著。Qingduhe Reservoir project area has a deep valley,surrounded by high mountains on both sides,and many buildings intersect during construction,resulting in difficulties in construction traffic layout and transportation.Taking into account the practical issues of large span of traffic bridges,large volume of cast-inplace box girder pouring,and high risk of general bracket dismantling,the construction design adopts a loadbearing bracket structure system combining steel pipe columns and beret sheets.Engineering practice has shown that the combined load-bearing structure utilizes water intake towers and tunnel bedrock as load-bearing points,fully integrating the advantages of steel pipes and beret sheets.It has the characteristics of fewer components,high construction efficiency,strong impact resistance,and good stability.It can effectively solve the design of largespan construction traffic in complex terrain and serve the engineering site,with significant economic and social benefits.
