摘 要:沙沱水电站投产后,存在振动区宽、稳定运行区偏窄的问题。以沙沱电站水轮机为研究对象,开展数值模拟计算,分析了沙沱电站机组蜗壳进口、无叶区、尾水管处等部位的压力脉动。计算结果表明,蜗壳进口主要为低频脉动;无叶区的压力脉动呈现明显的动静干涉现象,同时伴有低频的频率出现;尾水管主要由尾水管涡带引起的不同程度的低频脉动。研究成果为机组的防减振措施探索奠定了基础。After the operation of Shatuo Hydropower Station,wide vibration zone and narrow stable operation zone problems are observed.Thus,numerical simulation studies are carried out on the hydro-turbine units.The pressure pulsation at the volute inlet,the bladeless area,and the draft tube is analyzed.The results show that the volute inlet is mainly of low frequency pulsation.The pressure pulsation in the bladeless area exhibits obvious dynamic-static interference phenomena,accompanied by low frequencies.The draft tube is mainly affected by low frequency pulsation caused by the tail water vortex bands.The results provide useful basis for the exploration of vibration alleviation measures for the units.
