三峡南线船闸反弧门及启闭机安全检测与评价

摘　　要：三峡南线船闸已运行多年,因输水廊道的环境恶劣、水头高、流速大、气蚀、泥沙冲蚀等不利因素的影响,为全面了解反弧门及液压启闭机的安全现状开展了此次安全检测。根据SL101-2014《水工钢闸门和启闭机安全检测技术规程》,进行了巡视检查、闸门外观检测、启闭机性能状态检测、腐蚀检测、无损检测、闸门结构强度及启闭机容量复核。依据现场检测和结构强度复核,南线船闸反弧门及启闭机评定为“安全”,但反弧门需局部消缺,以确保船闸的持续安全稳定运行。The Three Gorges South Line Shiplock has been in operation for many years.Considering the adverse factors such as the harsh environment,high water head,high flow velocity,cavitation and sediment erosion in the water conveyance galleries,safety inspection is carried out to determine the safety status of the reverse radial gates and the hydraulic hoists.According to SL101-2014“Technical code for safety inspection of hydraulic steel gate and hoist machinery”,patrol inspection,gate appearance inspection,hoist performance status inspection,corrosion inspection,non-destructive tests,and re-check of the structural strength of the gate and the hoist capacity are carried out.Based on the on-site inspection and the structural strength checking,the reverse radial gates and the hoists in the South Line Shiplock are assessed as“safe”.While,partial defect elimination needs to be carried out on the reverse radial gates to ensure the continuous safe and stable operation of the shiplock.
