摘 要:针对隔河岩电站水轮发电机组推力轴承零部件多、体积小、重量大,且检修空间狭小,吊装设备无法施展等因素,研究开发一种基于液压系统的半自动化检修升降平台,用于推力瓦的快速抽取、转运及回装作业,且兼顾用于制动器的转运升降作业。该平台的投入使用可极大减小施工难度、缩短作业周期、提高发电机检修效率。The thrust bearing of the hydro-turbine unit in Geheyan Hydropower Station is of numerous parts,small size,heavy weight,and limited maintenance space that the lifting equipment is not able to operate.Thus,a semi-automatic lifting maintenance platform based on hydraulic system is developed for the rapid extraction,transportation and re-installation of the thrust pads,as well as the transportation lifting work of the brakes.The introduction of this platform greatly reduces the operation difficulty,shortens the work cycles,and improves the maintenance efficiency of the generators.
