摘 要:为制备高效环保且低成本的吸附剂,以煤矸石为原料,以亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟污染物,通过四因素三水平正交实验确定制备改性煤矸石的最佳条件,并对吸附剂进行XRD、SEM和FTIR表征,探究了改性煤矸石投加量、溶液初始浓度、吸附温度、吸附时间、溶液pH值对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:改性煤矸石制备的最佳条件为硫酸镁与煤矸石的质量比为1∶0.5,改性温度为550℃,改性时间为3 h;当改性煤矸石投加量为3 g/L,吸附时间为1.5 h,亚甲基蓝溶液初始浓度为40 mg/L,吸附温度为50℃,溶液的pH值为10时,改性煤矸石的吸附性能最佳,同时Langmuir模型可以更好地描述吸附过程中的吸附等温线。This paper aims to prepare the efficient,environmentally friendly and low-cost adsorbents.By taking coal gangue as the raw material,and methylene blue solution as the simulated pollutant,the study involves determining the optimal conditions for preparing modified coal gangue through a four-factor three-level orthogonal experiment,characterizing the adsorbent by using XRD,SEM,and FTIR,and investigating the influence of modified coal gangue dosage,initial solution concentration,adsorption temperature,adsorption time,and solution pH on adsorption efficiency.The results show that the optimal conditions for preparing modified coal gangue are a magnesium sulfate to coal gangue ratio of 1∶0.5,modification temperature of 550℃,and modification time of 3 hours.The optimal adsorption performance of modified coal gangue appears under the following conditions:the modified coal gangue dosage is 3 g/L,adsorption time is 1.5 hours,initial concentration of methylene blue solution is 40 mg/L,adsorption temperature is 50℃,and solution pH is 10.Furthermore,Langmuir model could describe the adsorption isotherm better during the adsorption process.
