不同纤维对水工混凝土抗冲耐磨性能影响研究

摘  要:将一定量的纤维掺入混凝土中,能够起到良好的抗冲耐磨改善和收缩裂缝抑制作用。文章通过抗冲耐磨试验(水下钢球法)和抗冲击试验(落锤法),全面探讨了不同合成纤维、天然有机纤维、无机和金属纤维对抗冲磨性能的影响作用。结果表明,纤维种类不同所产生的影响也不同,这主要取决于纤维的弹性模量,掺入弹性模量较高的纤维能够更明显地提升抗冲耐磨特性,有效阻止裂缝的扩展,而掺入较低弹性模量纤维的提升幅度较小,对于抵抗冲击磨损的作用效果相对较弱。A certain amount of fiber mixed into concrete can play a good role in improving impact and wear resistance and suppressing crack shrinkage.In this paper,the effects of different synthetic fibers,natural organic fibers,inorganic fibers and metal fibers on wear resistance were studied by means of impact resistance test(underwater steel ball method)and impact resistance test(drop hammer method).The results show that the influence of different fiber types is also different,which mainly depends on the elastic modulus of the fiber.The fiber with higher elastic modulus can improve the impact and wear resistance more obviously,and effectively prevent the expansion of cracks,while the fiber with lower elastic modulus has a small improvement range,and the effect of resisting impact wear is relatively weak.
