摘 要:针对工业数码电子雷管在煤矿井下推广应用所带来的可燃气安全性问题,综合整理前期科技工作者的研究成果,结合产品结构特征和近期试验数据,从主装药、加强帽、管壳、电引火元件、气室长度和电子控制模块6个方面进行分析论证。分析认为:要重视易于引燃可燃气的传统影响因素,还应结合电子雷管的结构特征,将电子控制模块的本质安全设计纳入重点环节进行把控。There are many safety problems of combustible gas in the popularization and application of industrial digital electronic detonator in coal mine.Based on previous research results,product structure characteristics and recent test data,the analysis and demonstration are carried out from six aspects:main charge agent,strengthening cap,shell,electric ignition element,air chamber length and electronic control module.According to the analysis,we should not only pay attention to the traditional influencing factors that are easy to ignite combustible gas,but also mainly control the intrinsic safety design of electronic control modules combined with the structural characteristics of electronic detonators.
