摘 要:在内燃机节能技术创新中,轻量化和降摩擦技术的应用对内燃机的研发品质提出了新的挑战。尽管现代仿真技术的应用能够大幅提升设计精度,但仿真与实际情况之间仍存在一定的偏差。因此,需要测量实际的参数来更准确地掌握内燃机的实际工作状况。本研究通过采用曲轴动态测量技术测得了曲柄销处的实际温度、应变和机油压力参数,为发动机曲轴强度和系统可靠性设计提供了数据支持。研究结果表明:通过曲柄销机油压力测量,能够标定机油压力MAP模型。该测量数据的应用不仅能在保证系统可靠性的同时降低系统摩擦损失,还能通过测量曲柄销处的实际温度和应变,确认机油对曲柄销的冷却效果,确认应力是否处于安全范围内。In the innovation of energy-saving technology for internal combustion engines,the application of lightweight and friction-reducing technologies poses new challenges to the quality of research and development of internal combustion engines.Although the application of modern simulation technology can greatly improve design accuracy,there is still a certain deviation between simulation and actual conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to measure actual parameters to more accurately grasp the actual working conditions of internal combustion engines.This study measured the actual temperature,strain,and oil pressure parameters at the crank pin using dynamic measurement technology for crankshafts,providing data support for the design of engine crankshaft strength and system reliability.The research results show that by measuring the oil pressure at the crank pin,it is possible to calibrate the oil pressure MAP model.The application of this measurement data not only ensures system reliability while reducing system friction losses,but also confirms that the cooling effect of oil on the crank pin is good and the stress is within the design safety range by measuring the actual temperature and strain at the crank pin.
