摘 要:随着《重型柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》的实施,汽车生产厂商和环境监管部门已经基本建立了各自的重型车排放远程监管平台。当前,研究的重点是如何充分利用远程平台收集的柴油车数据,以构建相关监控模型,实现对车辆状态及排放水平的有效监控。黑加油点的识别可以有效预防车辆排放恶化及长期使用导致的发动机故障,而尿素消耗异常的判定则能有效识别系统中的尿素作弊行为,为排放监管及高排溯源分析提供数据支持。基于远程油耗数据,采用碳平衡法计算CO_(2)排放相较于车载排放测量系统(PEMS)直接测量,误差较小,这表明可以通过远程排放监控平台对重型车的碳排放进行有效管控。NOx远程排放评估为在用车排放的远程监管提供了一种新的有效方法。本文对远程监管平台的应用现状进行了梳理,旨在为相关科研和技术人员提供参考。With the implementation of the"Limits and Measurement Methods for Pollutant Emissions from Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehi-cles in China's Sixth Phase",automobile manufacturers and environmental regulatory authorities have basically established their own remote monitoring platforms for heavy-duty vehicle emissions.Currently,the focus of research is how to make full use of the diesel ve-hicle data collected by remote platforms to build relevant monitoring models to effectively monitor vehicle status and emission levels.The identification of black refueling points can effectively prevent deterioration of vehicle emissions and engine failure caused by long-term use,while the determination of abnormal urea consumption can effectively identify urea cheating behavior in the system,providing data support for emission monitoring and high-level emission traceability analysis.Based on remote fuel consumption data,using car-bon balance method to calculate CO_(2) emissions has a smaller error compared to direct measurement by on-board emission measurement system PEMS,indicating that remote emission monitoring platforms can effectively control carbon emissions from heavy-duty vehicles.NOx remote emission assessment provides a new and effective method for remote monitoring of in-use vehicle emissions.This article re-views the current application status of remote monitoring platforms,aiming to provide a reference for relevant scientific research and technical personnel.
