摘 要:某柴油机增压器进油管在耐久试验过程中频繁出现开裂故障,通过振动测试及共振耐久试验确定了故障的原因。为了解决这一问题,进行了管路的优化设计:将编织管向增压器侧进行前移,增加了机体侧段管路的支撑,同时缩短了增压器侧段管路的悬臂长度,从而优化了结构管路的布局。这些优化措施通过了共振耐久试验和台架耐久试验的验证。试验结果表明,在评估管路振动时,需要综合考虑管路的结构、固定方式以及约束方式等因素。本次试验不仅为管类零部件振动评估测点位置的选取提供了参考,同时也为管路振动可靠性问题的解决提供了借鉴思路。The oil inlet pipe of a diesel engine turbocharger frequently experienced cracking failures during durability tes-ting.The cause of the failure was determined through vibration testing and resonance durability testing.In order to solve this problem,the pipeline was optimized and redesigned:the braided pipe was moved forward towards the turbocharger side,the support for the pipe-line on the engine side was increased,and the cantilever length of the pipeline on the turbocharger side was shortened,thus optimizing the layout of the structural pipeline.These optimization measures were verified by resonance durability testing and bench durability tes-ting.The test results showed that when evaluating pipeline vibration,it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the structure,fixing method,and constraint method of the pipeline.This test not only provides a reference for selecting measurement points for vibration evaluation of pipeline components,but also provides a reference for solving reliability issues in pipeline vibration.
