摘  要:针对传统状态感知设备布局方案无法满足智能船舶实现全方位状态感知及故障隔离的问题,本文提出了一种以双因果键合图建模为基础的方法。通过对其因果路径进行分析,得到了系统故障特征矩阵(FSM),并基于该矩阵实现了智能船舶状态感知设备布局的优化。以典型的智能船舶系统———船舶主机供油单元系统为例,建立了该系统的双因果键合图模型,并实现了船舶主机供油单元的状态感知设备布局优化。经验证,该方法能够有效满足智能船舶全方位状态感知和故障隔离的要求。In response to the issue that traditional state perception equipment layout schemes cannot meet the requirements of compre-hensive state perception and fault isolation for smart ships,this paper proposes a method based on dual causal bond graph modeling.By analyzing its causal paths,a system fault signature matrix(FSM)is obtained,and based on this matrix,the optimization of the state perception equipment layout for smart ships is achieved.Taking a typical smart ship system,the ship's main engine oil supply unit sys-tem,as an example,this paper establishes a dual causal bond graph model for this system and realizes the optimization of the state per-ception equipment layout for the ship's main engine oil supply unit.Verified results show that this method can effectively meet the re-quirements of comprehensive state perception and fault isolation for smart ships.
