摘  要:由于石油钻井工况复杂多变,负载波动频繁,天然气钻井平台微电网中的内燃机效能普遍较低。本文旨在通过引入超级电容器储能技术,提升燃气发电机组的单机带载率和抗负载冲击能力,同时减少钻井平台微电网中燃气发电机组的投入数量,并优化机组的运行调节,进而实现燃气消耗的降低和发电效率的提高。从现场调试结果来看,超级电容器储能系统在减轻发动机负载冲击、优化机组运行以及减少运行机组数量方面的应用效果十分显著。Due to the complex and changeable working conditions of oil drilling and frequent load fluctuations,the efficiency of inter-nal combustion engines in the microgrid of natural gas drilling platforms is generally low.This article aims to improve the single-ma-chine load carrying rate and load impact resistance of gas generator sets by introducing supercapacitor energy storage technology,while reducing the number of gas generator sets in the microgrid of drilling platforms and optimizing the operation adjustment of the units,thereby achieving a reduction in gas consumption and an increase in power generation efficiency.From the results of field debugging,the supercapacitor energy storage system has a significant effect in alleviating engine load impact,optimizing unit operation,and reduc-ing the number of operating units.
