摘  要:以锌浸出渣浮选银精矿为原料,提出“焙烧—废电解液酸浸—亚硫酸钠浸银—水合肼还原”的工艺制备银粉,探究最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,最佳焙烧条件为:焙烧温度700℃、保温时间2 h和硫酸配入量10%;最佳酸浸条件为:液固比10:1;最佳浸银条件:亚硫酸钠浓度30 g/L、液固比5:1,pH=7.2,常温浸出2 h;最佳还原条件为:温度80℃,还原时间2 h,水合肼用量1.7 g/L。在最佳工艺条件下,银浸出率为94.99%,还原银粉纯度可达97%以上。In this paper,the flotation silver concentrate of Zinc leaching residue was used as raw material,and the process of'roasting-acid leaching of waste electrolyte-sodium sulfite leaching of silver-hydrazine hydrate reduction'was proposed to prepare silver powder and the optimum process conditions were explored.The experimental results show that the optimum calcination conditions are:calcination temperature 700°C,holding time 2 h and sulfuric acid content 10%.The best acid leaching conditions are:liquid-solid ratio10:1;the optimum leaching conditions are as follows:sodium sulfite concentration 30 g/L,liquid-solid ratio 5:1,pH=7.2,leaching at room temperature for 2 h;the optimum reduction conditions were as follows:temperature 80°C,reduction time 2 h,hydrazine hydrate dosage 1.7 g/L.Under the optimum conditions,the leaching rate of silver is 94.99%and the purity of reduced silver powder is more than 97%.
