摘  要:借助扫描电镜分析了连铸中间包浸入水口结瘤物的分布结构及化学组成,分析结果:结瘤物主要为Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物。通过在钢水洁净度提升、连铸保护浇注优化、钢水稳态流场控制等方面查找原因建立改进措施;同时,进一步建立水口评级制度,规范指导现场水口使用。措施优化后,浸入式水口堵塞现象显著改善,产品卷夹杂物缺陷发生率由原来的0.98%降低到目前的0.13%。实现了铸坯与轧钢产品表面质量匹配,确保最终产品质量满足用户需求。The distribution structure and chemical composition of the nodules at the submerged nozzle of the continuous casting tundish were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy.The analysis results showed that the nodules were mainly Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions.Establish improvement measures by identifying reasons for improving the cleanliness of molten steel,optimizing continuous casting protection casting,and controlling the steady flow field of molten steel;At the same time,further establish a rating system for water intakes to standardize and guide the use of on-site water intakes.After the optimization of measures,the clogging phenomenon of the submerged nozzle was significantly improved,and the occurrence rate of inclusion defects in the product roll was reduced from 0.98%to 0.13%at present.The matching of the surface quality of the casting billet and the rolled steel product is achieved,ensuring that the final product quality meets the needs of users.
