摘 要:合金片片厚对Nd-Fe-B磁体性能的影响较大。传统浇铸曲线设定采用全程一段式线性浇铸基础进行经验修正的方式,易导致不同浇铸时段的片厚不一致影响最终的磁体性能。本文通过对浇铸过程分析,构建了两段式浇铸曲线,并导入设备中进行实验。结果表明,采用两段式浇铸曲线后,合金片片厚一致性得到大幅改善,其中设计均值±0.05 mm的合金片占比达到90%以上,±0.10 mm占比达到100%。The thickness of alloy strips has a significant impact on the performance of Nd-Fe-B magnets.The traditional casting curve setting,which uses a single-stage linear casting basis for empirical correction throughout the process,can easily result in inconsistent strip thicknesses during different casting periods,affecting the performance of the final magnet.In this study,a two-stage casting curve was constructed based on the analysis of the casting process and conducted in melting equipment.The results confirmed that the consistency of alloy strip thickness was greatly improved after using the two-stage casting curve.The proportion of alloy strips with a design mean thickness of±0.05 mm reached over 90%,and±0.10 mm reached 100%.
