摘  要:钕铁硼作为第三代稀土永磁材料,自被发现以来,就以其优异的磁性能被广泛用于新能源汽车、风力发电、节能电机等多个领域,在众多电能-动能相互转换的应用场景下,抗压强度是衡量烧结钕铁硼的一个重要的物理性能指标,用于表征产品在装配和应用中承受外界物理压力的能力。本文通过对烧结钕铁硼磁体抗压强度测试的设备、条件以及样品等关键要素的研究,确定了一组适用于烧结钕铁硼抗压强度测试的控制要求。经验证,在该控制要求下,抗压强度测试精密度在3.8%左右,测试结果稳定可靠,满足烧结钕铁硼生产过程中对产品抗压强度的管控。As the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet material,NdFeB has been widely used in new energy vehicles,wind power generation,energy-saving motors and other fields due to its excellent magnetic properties since its discovery.In many application scenarios of electric-kinetic energy conversion,compressive strength is an important physical performance index to measure sintered NdFeB.Used to characterize the ability of a product to withstand external physical pressure in assembly and application.In this paper,through the study of the key elements of the equipment,conditions and samples for the compressive strength test of sintered NdFeB magnets,a set of control requirements for the compressive strength test of sintered NdFeB magnets are determined.It has been verified that under the control requirements,the precision of the compressive strength test is about 3.8%,and the test results are stable and reliable,which meets the control of the compressive strength of the product in the production process of sintered NdFeB.
