摘 要:以氯化钇为原料、碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,采用沉淀法制备氧化钇前驱体,将前驱体在马弗炉中850℃灼烧制备氧化钇粉体。探究不同反应温度、反应时间、反应系数等因子,研究其对粉体粒径和比表面积的影响,用粒度仪测定样品粒度分布,扫描电镜对样品相貌,比表面积分析仪器(BET)对样品比表面积进行表征。实验表明,反应系数是影响粒度及比表面积的关键因素之一。在不同的制备条件下可以获得不同粒径的氧化钇,在最佳沉淀条件下,制备的氧化钇粉末的中心粒径(D_(50))和比表面积分别控制在小于2μm和大于30 m^(2)/g。In this paper,yttrium oxide precursor was prepared by precipitation method with yttrium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials.The precursor can be turned into yttrium oxide powder after calcining at 850℃for an hour.The influences of reaction temperature,time and reaction coefficient on the particle sizes and specific surface area of yttrium oxide were investigated.The size distribution of samples was measured by particle size analyzer,and the shapes were determined by scanning electron microscopy,and specific surface area were analyzed BET instrument.Results showed reaction coefficient is one of the key factor,yttrium oxide with different particle sizes could be obtained under different preparation conditions,the central particle size(D_(50))and specific surface area of the prepared yttrium oxide powder are controlled to be smaller than 2μm and more than 30m2/g under optimal precipitation conditions.
