摘　　要：急性肾损伤(AKI)是开放性胸腹主动脉瘤(TAAAs)修复术后常见并发症之一。本综述介绍了当前AKI诊断的不同诊断标准,探讨了开放性TAAAs修复术后AKI发生的危险因素和围手术期肾保护策略。Acute kidney injury(AKI)is one of the common complications after open thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm(TAAAs)repair.This review introduces the different diagnostic criteria of AKI and discusses the risk factors and perioperative renal protection strategies of AKI after open TAAAs repair.
