摘 要:针对氯化法羊毛织物防毡缩处理污染严重的问题,采用蛋白酶Savinase 16L和底物激活剂LKZ-630组成蛋白酶催化体系,以连续浸轧的方式进行羊毛织物防毡缩整理。结果表明:经连续浸轧式蛋白酶法处理后,羊毛织物总面积缩率由14.6%降低至1.0%,达到“可机洗”要求;羊毛纤维鳞片变薄、变平滑,经向断裂强力降低14.63%;处理后的织物具有良好的润湿性、染深性及柔软的手感。Aiming at the severe pollution caused by the existing shrink proofing treatment of wool fabric by chlorination method,the protease Savinase 16L and the substrate activator LKZ-630 were used to form a protease-catalyzed system to carry out the shrink proofing finishing of wool fabrics in the way of multiple padding.The results show that the total area shrinkage of wool fabrics was reduced from 14.6%to 1.0%after protease treatment,which met the requirement of machine-washable.The scales of the treated wool became thinner and smoother,and the warp-breaking strength was reduced by 14.63%.In addition,the treated fabrics had good wettability,deep dyeing,and a soft hand feel.
