摘  要:概述了原位自生法和固液复合外加法两种制备纳米颗粒增强铝基复合材料的常用方法及几种辅助制备技术,主要介绍了单相及双相混杂增强铝基纳米复合材料制备技术进展,包括SiC_(p)/Al、TiB_(2)/Al、SiC_(p)+Mg_(2)Si/Al及TiB_(2)+Mg_(2)Si/Al等复合材料。同时阐述了颗粒与Al基体界面问题、纳米颗粒对铝基复合材料固溶与时效行为的影响规律。提出了今后纳米颗粒增强铝基复合材料的研究方向。In this paper,two common methods for preparing nanoparticle reinforced aluminum matrix composites,in situ autogenesis and solid-liquid composite addition,and several auxiliary preparation techniques are summarized.The single-phase and dual-phase hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix nanocomposites were prepared,including SiC_(p)/Al,TiB_(2)/Al,SiC_(p)+Mg_(2)Si/Al and TiB_(2)+Mg_(2)Si/Al.At the same time,the interface between particles and Al matrix and the influence of nanoparticles on the solution and aging behavior of Al matrix composites were also discussed.The future research direction of Al matrix composites reinforced by nanoparticles was also proposed.
